What is your most recent delight… at no cost? I wonder…

Maybe this question doesn’t capture the essence of my present exploration. But, I’m giddy with excitement realizing that tonight I will be by MYSELF at home. And, every Thursday evening for this school semester is a solo event, if I choose. As new empty nesters and a partner who teaches at the university creates this delight.  Let me reassure you, I adore my partner and children; and, opportunities to be alone at home are sacred.

Sacred moments of delight generally carry no cost yet they generate immense joy, pleasure and love.
