Minute one: Sit quietly. Bring your attention to your heart. Notice the four corners of the paper. Deem these corners to be the entirety of your love.

Minute two: Bring your breath to your heart. Expand your attention and ask, who wants love? When a person arises in your awareness, cut one corner of your love for this person from the page. Feel love for him or her, until the minute ends.

Minute three: Return to your heart and ask again, who wants love? When a person arises in your awareness, cut a second corner of your love for this person from the page. Feel love for this person until the minute ends.

Minute four: Return to your heart and ask again, who wants love? When a person arises in your awareness, cut a third corner of your love for this person from the page. Feel love for him or her until the minute ends.

Minute five: Return to your heart and ask again, who wants love? When a person arises in your awareness, cut the last corner of your love for this person from the page. Feel love for him or her until the minute ends.

Complete your practice by examining your page. Recognize that the corners of love have multiplied. Stunning! Expand love by giving love!
