Minute one: Sit quietly with your spine straight, head lifted, chin down and chest open.
Minute two: Pay attention to your back from your tailbone to the back of the top of your head.
Minute three: Notice your breath in your belly between your belly button and perineum.
Minute four: Be silent, still and feel the space.
Minute five: Be the silence, stillness and space.
Complete your practice slowly and stay with the silence, stillness and spaciousness. Recognize they are always right here
